It is Important to eat Healthy
Food! Because it keeps the body fit and well. Healthy foods helps individuals to
maintain their health balance and welling. Research shows that eating healthy food could have very positive impact on the body. For instance, most of the disease
associated with obesity deceases. Thus, it keeps the body shapes to be well
looking without any diet. Eating junk food could have very negative influence
on the body. For example, it would lead the individual to be addictive and
cannot stop eat their habit regarding eating fast food. In summery eating
healthy food help with weight control, improve mood, give a good energy and age
better.
I totally agree ! I don not like junk food and soft drinks without that unhealthy quality of my life is very good! Big support for healthy food:-)
